We asked if we could see the (vacant) property when she was finished, and after a split-second pause she said, “Absolutely!” Some things just “click” instantly, and one knows when serendipity has created a connection meant to be!
Being new to Washington State, and not knowing if we were going to land here, Marilyn asked great questions about what we were looking for and pledged to be our representative when we were closer to being in the right space to begin looking in earnest. Great follow-up, but no pressure. Her enthusiasm for her work and desire to find the perfect home for her buyer never waned. In fact, when what we thought might be “the one” turned out not to be, Marilyn got right back to the task of finding that home that ticked all the right boxes…and did so within hours. We made an offer on a different house which was accepted just 36 hours later! We have landed in a nice home in a lovely community, ready to start a new life chapter.
